Our Front Office team is the friendly face and steady voice of Ruff-N-It.

This role focuses on supporting our pet parents, managing schedules and communication, and keeping the front office running smoothly — all while staying connected to the kennel team and our furry guests.

If you’re organized, customer-focused, comfortable with computers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment, this could be a great fit.

We are currently hiring for the afternoon shift, 1pm – 7pm on weekdays with 1- 2 weekends per month.
