All pets must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations is required before services can be provided.
Absolutely! We’re happy to schedule a tour so you can see where your pet will stay. Tours are by appointment to minimize disruption to our guests.
While we don’t offer live cameras for public viewing, we do have security cameras running 24/7 to ensure the safety of all pets in our care. We also frequently take pictures of your pets and post them on our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you’d like updates sent directly, we’re happy to text or email photos upon request.
Yes! Ruff-N-It welcomes both dogs and cats for boarding and other services.
Daycare drop-off begins at 7:30 AM, and pick-up must be completed by 6:30 PM.
All our friends get to go outside and play 4 times a day depending upon the time they are dropped off/picked up.
Absolutely! We make every effort to match your dog with suitable playmates based on their size, temperament, and play style.
If your dog prefers solo time, we also ensure they have plenty of enriching activities and attention from our staff.
Please prepackage your pet’s food into individual meal portions to ensure there is enough for their entire stay.
If your pet requires medication, include it along with detailed instructions.
We provide bedding, bowls, and plenty of love, so additional items are not necessary.
Yes, we offer shared accommodations for pets from the same household. Let us know when booking.
Boarding includes a private den, comfortable bedding, and stainless steel bowls. Your pet will also enjoy daily outdoor time and lots of TLC from our staff.
Our dens are approximately 4×5 feet and feature three solid 6-foot-tall walls with an open front and open top, allowing for optimal ventilation and climate control.
For our cabins, the dimensions are 4×4 feet, with three solid walls and a glass front.
Both options are designed to provide a fresh, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment for your pet.
Drop-off and pick-up times are between 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM the following day. If you need to drop off earlier or pick up later, additional charges will apply as a half-day of daycare.
Dogs are taken outside a minimum of four times a day for bathroom breaks, exercise, and playtime.
No problem! We understand schedules can change. Just note that early drop-offs or late pick-ups will incur an additional fee.
Absolutely. We’re experienced in administering medications. All medications must be vet-prescribed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any necessary dosing instruments.
We do provide exit baths and nail trims for boarding and daycare clients upon request.
